CraftGiftsLondon "Snap & Win" Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The "Snap & Win" Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) is organised by CraftGiftsLondon, a UK-based business. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter, customers must:

  • Take a photo of their CraftGiftsLondon product and post it with a review on one of the following platforms:
    • Instagram (must tag @CraftGiftsLdn, use the hashtag #SnapReview, and make the post public).
    • TikTok (must tag @CraftGiftsLondon and use the hashtag #SnapReview).
    • Google Reviews (if applicable).
    • Etsy/Amazon review (if purchased through those platforms).
    • Email entry by sending the review and photo to [contact@craftgiftslondon.co.uk].
      2.2. The review must include a photo of the product to qualify.
      2.3. Only one entry per order is allowed. Multiple entries from the same order will not increase chances of winning.
      2.4. Entries must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
3.2. Employees of CraftGiftsLondon, their families, or anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible.

4. Winner Selection & Prize

4.1. One winner will be selected at random each month using a digital randomizer tool.
4.2. The winner will receive a £10 gift voucher redeemable at [www.craftgiftslondon.co.uk].
4.3. The winner will be contacted via the platform they entered (e.g., Instagram DM, email).
4.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be chosen.
4.5. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the issue date.

5. Use of Submitted Content

5.1. By entering, participants grant CraftGiftsLondon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their submitted photos and reviews for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, marketing materials).
5.2. CraftGiftsLondon reserves the right to remove any entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.

6. No Purchase Necessary Route

6.1. To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a review about CraftGiftsLondon as a brand (without a product photo) via email to [contact@craftgiftslondon.co.uk].

7. General Conditions

7.1. CraftGiftsLondon reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
7.2. The decision of CraftGiftsLondon is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.
7.3. The Promotion is subject to UK law, and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
